  2. The shade of blue (in the sky) your camera is able to capture is beautiful. It's all hazy in California – been that way since the beginning of summer (due to fires).

  3. I stay in Waikiki and travel the bus everywhere. I always have a day in Haleiwa. It’s the longest bus trip! 😂

  4. Mahalo Luke such a beautiful walk the sky is so blue . l live in Riverside cailforna and the sky is not that blue.

  5. Mahalo, Luke. My favourite stop on the way to the Van's surfing at Sunset. We also always got coffee before going to North Shore Shark Adventures (4 times). I did not see Malama Food Store in your video. But the best thing about Haleiwa is Lavinia at Long's Drug Store. She has to be the nicest person we met in all of Hawaii. Aloha

  6. Aloha Luke and Miles. Frances here. North Shore one of my favourite places each time we come. love to spend the day at sunset beach and pipeline. usually rent a car from Waikiki but yes agree with Miles about taking the 2 hour bus trip to North Shore. Have done that too and can just sit back and people watch and muse the scenery. Used to frequent a restaurant called Opal's Thai in Haleiwa – an amazing food experience but he moved into Honolulu few years back. Haleiwa not the same without Opals. I mentioned him to you in one of the streams. If you get a chance check it out. Mahalo for this walk Luke. Two years without Hawaii has been hard, so appreciate all your hard work bringing these walks to us. Best wishes to you Cheryl and Austin.

  7. Aloha in Haleiwa Luke. What a nice day to walk with Miles. The sky is blue with a patch of cloud. I’m enjoying the view as usual. Great walking with you. Mahalo.

  8. Wonderful video, Luke. Really enjoyed hearing you and Miles talk about the tips while in Hawaii. I hope you two will do more joint videos?? Mahalo!!

  9. I enjoyed your video. You and Miles are funny together. Thanks for taking us to someplace different. When I go, I want to go to places where there are fewer tourist.

  10. Mahalo Luke and Miles for the walk in Haleiwa. Enjoyed being the third person listening in. The Hamajang hot sauce can also be purchased at Foodland!

  11. at 13:30, you were talking about peacocks. One got out of the High Park zoo once, and it was flying all over west Toronto. 😀

  12. and Luke, except for the logo on the front of yours I have the exact same cammo boonie hat that I was wearing all the time while there.

  13. Love it. Took Naomi to Haleiwa to Giovanni's shrimp while we were there. Unfortunately we didn't spend enough time there. I think the trouble is, there is just way too much to do and see on Oahu and all of it is enjoyable.
